Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-demand periods such as launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer several shipping options at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most international destinations.

  • Shipping times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days).

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which may be charged once your order reaches your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot control customs processing times and fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

M.Y.A.A.’S Bridal Party Collection LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or weather conditions. If your order seems delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number or email us for assistance.

Preorders & Custom Items

Items marked as preorder or custom will ship once production is complete. Estimated shipping timelines will be listed in the product description or confirmed via email.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@myaasbridalpartycollection.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
